Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors on the 2nd floor of the hotel in the English Garden. Cocktail hour will take place indoors in the Conservatory located on the second floor of the hotel adjacent to the English Garden. The reception will take place indoors on the first floor of the hotel in the Crystal Room. 

What will the weather be like?

The weather in Oregon is always unpredictable. Although the reception and cocktail hour are indoors, please dress comfortably for cool, and potentially breezy, or rainy weather.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, all hotel guests can park in the designated hotel parking lot.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! Please let us know on your RSVP form through our website how many are in your party.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We want our guests to celebrate with us so the drinks are on us however, the hangover is on you!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Absolutely, we will also have QR codes on each table and request you to share your photos with us as well.
